Pastor Bill Fenters and his wife Kelly lead the congregation of Life Givers Ministries.
Bill Fenters was born in Hemingway, SC on November 11, 1955. When he was 15, his parents moved to Andrews, SC where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Kelly Cox Fenters on August 13, 1977. They have one son, who with his wife have blessed them with three grandchildren. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, Bill & Kelly returned to Andrews for Bill to work at his father’s business. They both were raised by Godly parents who were active workers in their respective churches. Bill has been active in teaching and preaching for most of his adult life. With church planters in her heritage, Kelly has grown into a gifted vocalist, worship leader, speaker and intercessor. The Fenters moved to Moncks Corner in 1996 with their business. During this time, Bill and Kelly attended the Moncks Corner Pentecostal Holiness Church until the call of God moved them to obtain licensing and ordination from LeSea’s Ministerial Fellowship founded by the late Lester Sumrall. They are the founding pastors of Freedom Outreach of Moncks Corner which began in 1999. It was also during this time that Bill completed his studies for his Masters of Divinity from the Masters School of Divinity in Evansville, IN. After serving in Life Givers Ministries in various capacities since 2011, Bill accepted the pastorate of Life Givers Ministries on January 21, 2024.
